Widely accepted as the most popular and trusted of all fuses, "American Visco" is one of the highest-quality safety fuses sold today. Hence its name, American Visco is manufactured right here in the U.S.A. and is well-known throughout the pyrotechnic community for its high quality and unwavering reliability. Many hobbyists recognize this brand as the "gold standard" when it comes to safety/cannon fuse.
Used for a variety of both hobbyist and professional pyrotechnic applications, American Visco consists of a black powder core wrapped in two layers of robust string. With a diameter of about 1/8", the result is a very strong, yet still pliable fuse that consistently "passes fire" at a reliable burn rate of approximately 40 seconds per foot.
CannonFuse.com offers American Visco in three colors: "Classic" green, "Pyro" red and "U.S.A. Striped" red/white/blue. Use each color as a convenient way to keep track of different projects and finale sets, or simply pick your favorite color for a fun change of pace! Whether you're new to the world of amateur pyrotechnics or just looking for a reliable, durable and hot-burning fuse, you can't go wrong with tried-and-true American Visco.

The United States Government and our shipping service both restrict our sales to within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated by the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.), not by CannonFuse.com or any of its employees.
Fuse and other "hazmat" items MUST travel via USPS Ground Advantage HAZMAT, which typically takes 5-15 business days to deliver. East Coast orders may take up to 30 days. Hawaii and Alaska orders can take 3-8 weeks. We can make no guarantees on delivery.
Please ensure the shipping address you enter is correct. We often received returned packages due to inaccurate addresses. In most cases, if your package is returned to us because the entered address was incorrect, you will have to pay shipping charges again to have it re-shipped. If you choose not to, your original order will be refunded minus your original shipping charges. We have to pay every time we ship a package, and so will you.
In the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to send unused product back to us within 90 days. However, we don't pay return shipping, we don't refund the original shipping, and there may be up to a 15% restocking fee, depending on the reason for the return.
