DANGER/CAUTION
Whistle compositions have a very high rate of burning and are considered explosive. EXTREME CAUTION must be exercised when preparing whistle compositions.
Potassium chlorate and gallic acid mixtures are highly sensitive to mechanical action and can ignite when loading. Use of such mixtures is strongly discouraged.
