LAMPBLACK or CHARCOAL CUT STARS :
COMMENTS: This formula can just be mixed and burned in a lose pile to produce the desired color. These produce a long, soft orange spark tail. Do not roll these stars or moisten them with water. The composition is mixed with Isopropyl Alcohol (ordinary drug store variety) until a very thick paste is formed. The mass is put between 2 sheets of wax paper and rolled flat using a rolling pin. The stars are then cut into 3/4" squares and allowed to dry. No prime is necessary; these ignite easily .
