RED STARS:
COMMENTS: This formula can just be mixed and burned in a lose pile to produce the desired color. If it is going to be rolled into stars, follow these guidelines:
Roll using water as a solvent. Prime with 1 layer of black powder about 2 mm thick ONLY AFTER THE STAR IS COMPLETELY DRY.
